Professional counselling and therapy for adults

I am a warm and non-judgemental collaborative therapist who can help you feel comfortable to open up and make lasting changes, increase self understanding and move on from past distress.

 I work with compassion to support you with present challenges, past experiences and life transitions.

Therapy that makes a difference

I can help in the treatment of mental health issues, recovery from stressful or traumatic experiences and help you develop better understanding of yourself and your choices.

I can help you with: anxiety, depression, pregnancy and post natal support, traumatic experiences, grief and loss,

adjustment to new situations including parenting, relocation, migration and other life transitions.

With training in psychotherapy and professional experience in clinical mental health, I have the skills and knowledge to assess your situation and provide targeted effective therapy.

With specialist training in EMDR Therapy, I can help you with recovery and support for anxiety, fears, grief, stress, disturbing memories, traumatic events.

  • Trauma Focussed Therapy (Phoenix Australia: Centre for Post traumatic Mental Health) 

  • Perinatal Mental Health (University of Sydney)

  • Perinatal Mental Health (Centre of Perinatal Excellence) 

 

I engage in regular professional development, training, individual and peer supervision and ongoing study in the areas of trauma therapy, structural dissociation, parts work, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, internal family systems, perinatal mental health, social justice, grief and loss, eco-psychology, culture and spirituality.

Appointments are available in North Perth and Telehealth for all Australian states.

Cost is 55 min $220 and if you have a Mental Health Plan from your GP you are eligible for a Medicare Rebate of $82.30.
