I can help in the treatment of mental health issues, recovery from stressful or traumatic experiences and help you develop better understanding of yourself and your choices.
I can help you with: anxiety, depression, pregnancy and post natal support, traumatic experiences, grief and loss,
adjustment to new situations including parenting, migration, relocation and life transitions.
With training in psychotherapy and professional experience in clinical mental health including perinatal mental health and supporting young adults, I have the skills and knowledge to assess your situation and provide targeted effective therapy.
With specialist training in EMDR Therapy, I can help you with recovery and support for anxiety, fears, grief, stress, disturbing memories, traumatic events.
I provide Youth Mental Health First Aid training to groups, organisations and schools.

Appointments and contact
Appointments are available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday online and in person in South Melbourne.
To begin please contact me and I can determine if I am a good match to meet your needs. If not, I will recommend another therapist or service.
Sessions are generally 60 minutes duration with some EMDR sessions being 80 minutes (as arranged).
Cost is $180
If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you are eligible for a Medicare Rebate of $81.90 for 10 sessions per calendar year. Rebates also available for some private health funds including Bupa, HCF, Teachers Health.
