With over 10 years experience, I work with compassion to support you with present challenges, past experiences and life transitions. I am a warm and non-judgemental collaborative therapist who can help you feel comfortable to open up and make lasting changes, increase self understanding and move on from past distress.

I can help in the treatment of mental health issues, recovery from stressful or traumatic experiences and help you develop better understanding of yourself and your choices
I can help you with: anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, emotion and mood issues, depression, trauma, post traumatic stress, grief and loss, relationships, identity and self esteem, stress, postnatal anxiety and depression, adjustment to new situations including parenting, migration, relocation and life transitions.
With training in psychotherapy and professional experience in clinical mental health including perinatal mental health, I have the skills and knowledge to assess your situation and provide targeted effective therapy.
With specialist training in EMDR Therapy, I can help you with recovery and support for anxiety, fears, grief, stress, disturbing memories, traumatic events, accidents, injury and illness. EMDR therapy is only available face to face.
I provide Youth Mental Health First Aid training to groups, organisations and schools.

Once we confirm an appointment, I will send you online forms for you to provide information and your consent prior to your first session.
As I am a Medicare Provider you are eligible for a rebate with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Medicare card holders are eligible for 10 Medicare rebates per calendar year.
You must see your GP and obtain a Mental Health Care Plan prior to your first appointment to be able to obtain the rebate.

What to expect
Sessions run for approximately 50 minutes. Face to face sessions are available in Fitzroy North and Telehealth/Online Sessions are via Zoom.
Cost per session is $150 payable at the time of the appointment.
Medicare rebate $77.10 and some private health fund rebates are available.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of $75 applies.
