I can help in the treatment of mental health issues, recovery from stressful or traumatic experiences and help you develop better understanding of yourself and your choices.
I can help you with: anxiety, depression, pregnancy and post natal support, PTSD/traumatic experiences, grief and bereavement, menopause,
work stress, adjustment to new situations including parenting, relocation, migration and other life transitions.
With training in psychotherapy and professional experience in clinical mental health, I have the skills and knowledge to assess your situation and provide targeted effective therapy.
With specialist training in EMDR Therapy, I can help you with recovery and support for anxiety, fears, grief, stress, disturbing memories, traumatic events.
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Accredited EMDR Practitioner and Medicare Provider.

Appointments available at 5B Blake St, North Perth and Telehealth for all Australian states. Cost is $220 per session or a gap of $134.80 if you have a Mental Health Plan from your GP as you are eligible for a Medicare Rebate of $85.20. (rebate is more if you have reached your Medicare Safety Net)
